Prosecco Extra Dry D.O.P. "Tre Mat"

The Prosecco Extra Dry D.O.P. TRE Mat wine,  is produced from a vineyard located in Valdobbiadene near the Piave River .
This vineyard is made up of varieties of Perera and Glera.
The vineyard is original from around 1970 , the ground is formed by earth and gravel and it is for this reason that the product has a very strong minerality , the sparkling process takes place after a month and a half of autoclave, contains 12.5 grams sugar , alcohol 11 % .

It ' a modern sparkling clean with a hint of pear and apple.
